Features

These conveyors have many advantages since they offer superior performance and long life. They do not require adjustments for belt alignment, and are easily maintained, with the possibility of replacing any broken sections without having to change the entire belt.

The use of sprockets to drive the belt eliminates the need for tensioning he belt, offer positive engagement of the belt by the sprockets and eliminates alignment and training of the belt.

Characteristics

Various materials are available from our business partners Habasit which are food grade , FDA approved belts, oil resistant belts or general purpose belts in polyethylene, polypropylene or PolyOxymethelene (Acetal)

The modular belts slide on special low-wear, low-friction and self-lubricated wear-strips.

Many accessories are available such as side-guards, and flights, as well as several types of head sprockets and tail pulleys.

Applications

MDC-25 conveyors are normal duty conveyors used in food, pharmaceutical, poultry, meat confectionary and many other food industries. They are also well suited for general transportation of unit goods such as cartons, tote boxes, bottling and canning, tobacco, textiles and packing and packaging etc…

The MDC-50 family uses heavy duty 50 mm belt links and is used whenever heavy loads are conveyed. There are special types of links designed for particular industries such as the tire industry,, bag and luggage handling, wood industries, airport conveyors and similar heavy duty applications.
